Red O

Editorial Review

Don't bet against Rick Bayless. The Chicago-born chef took his city over with two award-winning restaurants and went on to write seven cookbooks, host a highly-rated PBS cooking series, and defeat 23 other culinary luminaries in the 2009 Top Chef Masters battle. His first foray into LA features upscale Mexican as well as lighter Cali fare, specializing in ceviches, tostaditas, taquitos, and other culinary cornerstones. Glass Tequila Tunnel leads to the Tequila Lounge, which leads, as always, to trouble.
