Red Rock, Squatters and Wasatch are the rival siblings of the Park City Brew Pub family. And like any family that you don’t belong to, the kids all kind of look the same. Same deal here: people have their preferences, but at the end of the day you’re getting variations on fancy burgers in pitas and microbrew wherever you end up. Red Rock stands out for its brick woodfire oven and mantle of fancy beer-fest awards. Seasonal brews are always worth checking out, as are the rotating cask characters. Inarguably the best place to watch sports away from Main Street (flatscreens and bar space on tap). Spare beam-and-timber décor—spacious, boisterous, lively. Out of town so you don’t have to valet the rental. Open late.
