Taking its name from the red “bar” sign that hung above the door when it was Balzarini’s Italian Restaurant in the 1900’s, this brasserie is dressed to impress the summer crowd: wraparound windows, white-cloaked tables, and handsome wood floors that meet many a designer heel.
