Reef

Editorial Review

When a restaurant is lauded in the foodie press as one of the best in the country, it better have the chops to back it up on a consistent basis, but Reef continues to wow diners with inventive seafood dishes and top-notch service. Chef Bryan Caswell's kitchen turns out delectable dishes like slow-baked salmon with lemon risotto, grilled scallops with truffle polenta, and tempura-battered soft-shell crab. And if you can't find a wine you like from the 1,500-bottle list, try a kumquat mojito or a Reef lemonade, made with vodka. A masonry "wave wall," penny-tiled bar, and wraparound patio make dining a feast for the eyes as well as the belly.
