Adjacent to the Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s pool and spa, sending its boozy summons to the sky, Reflections definitely has some flirtatious mischief tucked in its utility belt. Mild-mannered by day for airy business lunches and exhausted downtown shoppers, the menu features Pacific Kiss oysters, charcuterie, lobster panini, sinfully good lamb chopsicles, sliders, salads and smoked salmon pizza. And when it’s go-time, the cocktail menu draws upon a Bond-worthy list of locations like Bermuda, St. Croix, Brazil for classic recipes, with some, like the perennial favorite of Her Majesty’s servants, the Pimm’s Cup, offered in a pitcher for two.
