Kitsilano's much lauded Fuel restaurant this week becomes Refuel Bar, keeping the meaty glories and knockout wines for which they're known, but adding share-friendly plates at excellent prices. Bourdain-bait includes foie gras croquettes, pork rinds, roasted marrow and crunchy scrapple with fried egg on toast, and Chef Robert Belcham's literally the man with The Cure. Served at Pourhouse and Fuel's sister restaurant, Campagnolo, his in-house charcuterie brand is already local legend, and Refuel Bar may soon be, too.
