Editorial Review

Steakhouse Republic replaces Strip Bliss. Juicy pork lollipops for all-day city-slickers/suckers who want to spend, plus up n' comers going gangbusters to the top of The Show. Truffle fries, smoked cheddar mac. We love how comfort food got trendy, if not for the excuse to eat like kids all over again. Stylish room supports massive mountain of stacked wine bottles. Better have earthquake insurance. Pork three ways has us renouncing our religious elders.
