One of the better hotel restos. The Ritz-Carlton name, after all. Food isn't surprising, but it is good. Check out that brunch buffet. Stock up on caviar before they notice. Seafood's main attraction here. At lunch, make it chef's choice. Stick around for something from ENO, the cheese, chocolate, and wine bar. Ordering cheese for dessert becomes a mini-dissertation (in a good way). Ocean views, of course.
