Bistro/gastro pub ripping up Gramercy with solid Belgian fare. We’re loving on homemade blanc and noir sausages, washed down with fifty-some choices of Belgian beer. Fried pork and veal meatballs with Gruyere cheese well worth our truncated lifespan. Late night menu accommodating the inhibition-lowered with crispy pig ear salad and pig’s head sammies. Space keeps it simple with whitewashed walls, marble bar, and wood floors—you don’t exactly look to Belgium for flamboyance.
