Quickening pulses right out of the gate, the latest feather in Gastown’s gourmet cap is a coffee and tea lover’s waking dream. Exclusive roasts, painstakingly sourced and prepared using your choice of 5 increasingly scientific apparatuses, with tasting flights of both coffees and brew methods available. Tea program is equally epicurean, with time and temperature under strict but loving supervision. Décor features exposed brick, a massive wall map made of nails and furniture built from reclaimed wood, and sprinkles of ephemera from the two generations of Giannakos family running the show here, including a sweet collection of books and vinyl.
