Village institution that still manages to fly under the radar despite specializing in one of the most stellar—and hard to get right—offerings in the Italian canon. Namesake dish, which comes in countless varieties (and which gets prepared, really, however the hell you want upon request) is spot-on here, as are the salads, pizzas, paninis, and other offerings.
