The Ritz-Carlton has been perched on floors 15-30 of Water Tower Place since 1960, and while it's gone through numerous renovations over the years, parts of it do feel a little dated and slightly stuffy. But service remains immaculate and chef Mark Payne's cuisine, served in the Cafe, remains fresh with hand-cut pastas and artisian ingredients. Guest packages, like the new Mag Mile package, is sure to delight your visiting fam.
