Those who eat that which swims will find Mecca in Rick Moonen's two-level Vegas dining room. Downstairs features a casual atmosphere and classic seafood dishes as well as a friendly, bustling bar. Upstairs is designed like an elegant ocean liner with polished wood and brass, with dishes that tend more toward the luxe and avant-garde. Both serve seafood that is not only flawlessly fresh, but farmed/caught using eco-friendly methods.
