Roberta Roller Rabbit by Roberta Freymann

Editorial Review

Roberta Freymann works with artisans from all over the world to deliver brightly colored textiles in the form of skirts, bed spreads table cloths and the like to Southampton. The store itself has the airy, cheerful vibe you would imagine at a party where Bangra beats meshed with Ibiza grooves. Prints from India flap alongside tropical textiles,  roll pillows and airy beds -- Roller Rabbit clothing throws it all into a blender. Freymann's first store was opened in a town house on the Upper East Side in 1996, selling basically whatever she picked up on her travels. In the Hamptons, the Eastern influences make their logical journey to summer nights lounging by the pool.
