There’s nothing basic about bar food here, from one of the biggest and best turkey burgers to its renowned Rockit Burger with Kobe beef and brie, which is such a standout it made the entree list next to Thanksgiving Day turkey dinner. Regulars know to order the Rockit Pockits (chopped steak and American cheese in a crispy wonton wrap) and the sweet potato fries to go with their adult beverage of choice and the all-rock, all-the-time music format. The real action goes on upstairs, which is a popular pickup scene and also a regular stop for famous types like David Schwimmer, who often plays pool behind a velvet rope with a bouncer.
