Rocky's doesn't even have a sign outside, but it does have a vintage Rocky poster on its wall in case you happen to peer inside. Everyone who lives around here knows what's inside anyway, and that's the best cheap cheesesteak and cheeseburger you can find, maybe in the world. Every other burger is either fast food or gourmet these days; here's one that's both. Don't eat one of these before you go in the water. That real beef will either weigh you down or make you shark bait.
