If you think Mexican food is all tacos and Meximelts, Rosa Mexicano will open your eyes. Upscale menu features some instant classics, like grilled steak and chipotle shrimp, or stuffed ancho chiles. The cocktails are amazing, but start with the classic margarita, which will set you on your backside right quick if you don't take it slow. Yes, Rosa Mexicano is a chain, but it's about as nice as chains come.
