Angelenos tend to prefer their tacos from trucks, or occasionally dark, tequila-soaked establishments that also host Golden Age glitterati. Not sure what convinced NYC-based Rosa they'd be a hit here, but the city's sleekest temple of consumption is full of chain restos ready to welcome the post-game crowd. Rosa has colored waterfalls, bright colors, myriad margarita options. This might work after all.
