This brand new tapas bar from the heralded charcuterie king of Paris doesn't yet live up to the Da Rosa name. Stick to sangria, tortilla and jambon until the kitchen gets their act together. We hope that's soon, because the cavernous interior and Canal location give Rosalito a lot of party potential.
