With its minimalist interior, organic products, and colorful preparations, Rose Bakery has conquered the brunching heart of Paris. This second outpost of this British bakery has the same key ingredients as the original: healthy salads, fruity pancakes, friendly underpaid foreign staff, and, of course, the ubiquitous Marmite. The eggs and coffee still cost €16, but that's nothing compared to what you'll drop in the nearby indie designer boutiques. Arrive before noon to beat the pack, or visit the slightly less swarmed location in the 9th arrondissement. Open every day from 9am to 6pm.
