Aye, there's the R.U.B. (that's Righteous Urban Barbecue, ya'll.) A little too complacent to be a New York legend, but reliable all the same. Burnt ends are the shiz. BBQ Hall of Flamer Paul Kirk brings his Kansas City stylings, eat 'em all in the Taste of the Baron sampler. Beef, pork, ham, quarter rack of ribs, and additional barbecue injected straight into your eyeballs. Sports bar feel to the room, brings in its share of out of towners, but comfy, which is essential when you're putting more meat into your body than you ever imagined was possible.
