It's genteel, full of overstuffed leather couches, tables, and books—and unfailingly more expensive than you'd like. If you've been saving a truly excellent cigar your taxi driver took you to get in Little Havana, light it up here, order an exotic rum, and sink through the rich flavors into a pleasant, brown-tinged reality in which the help are all named after Rudyard Kipling characters.
