Looking for local flavor? Quite literally? The attached diner is as divey as the bar, but both are Montauk fishing through and through -- from the 4 a.m. surfcasters filling up on eggs and bacon to the walls covered in photos of the locals who have fished the waters of the harbor just beyond the door and drank the beer here. The dark stained wood of the bar walls also hold all manner of taxidermied fish, including the head of a 4,000-lb. great white harpooned by local legend Frank Mundus in 1964.
