For more than two decades droves of late-night revelers have stumbled past the grimy first-floor kitchen and up the stairs to catch grief from the bossy waitresses who have seen it all. Plop your sorry ass in a booth and order a steaming bowl of wonton soup followed by heaping platters of tomato beef with noodles and house special chow mein. God that tastes good (hic!).
