It’s a circus for booze-thirsty, poster children born from the 70s onward. Tecla blends a knockout modern Italian menu with solid combinations of l’eau de vie. Frank Lloyd Wright and Philippe Starck must have gotten in a fistfight over décor… it’s hot.
