Savoy Hotel Moscow

Editorial Review

Historic little hotel known as the "Hotel Berlin" during the Soviet period. Richard Gere and Cindy Crawford, Ted Turner and Jane Fonda, all stayed here in what we hope were happier times. Classical interior, hi-tech amenities. A pirouette and a pas-de-deux away from the Bolshoi Theatre and moments from some of the city's primo tourist traps, restaurants, and boutiques. Renovated in 2005 by Leonardo Tognoni who previously worked his restoration magic on the Uffizi Gallery in Florence and the Borghese Gallery in Rome, Italy.
