Celeb chef Scott Conant is a genius. He's had the respect of New York foodies for years, and now he's on to Miami. Huge space - chic, shiny-surfaced lounge with a mosaic-tiled bar to start, followed by a massive dimly-lit chrome, brass, and marble main dining area, which offers views of the ocean and the resort's pools, and finally a wrap-around verandah. Food is Ital home cooking with the freshest in-season ingredients. Pastas and breads made in house every day. Chocolate lava cake is ubiquitous nowadays but this one takes it.
