Editorial Review

Ambiance is what you'd expect at a neighborhood bar whose owner's MySpace status reads, "Jimmy Heck is waiting for you to get off myspace & come have a drink." Cheep beer ($1 PBR on Wednesdays) pairs well with bags of chips and packaged crackers. Live music, karaoke on Wednesday and Saturday, and Sunday night movies provide entertainment beyond pool tables (daily). Lack of pretense from dive that opened in 1921 attracts those in perpetual search for authenticity in their bars.
