Top-grade fish  is well plated, without the pretension of rival Japanese-inspired spots. A modernist sushi counter does you right by katsu, yellowtail tiradito, and even the rice. Over in the lounge, snappily uniformed barmen mix with the crowd, rather than stand behind a bar. Brightly lit. It's a karaoke- and salarymen-free zone.
