Locked out of the Geffen Contemporary? Join the wahoo aficionados devouring fish tacos and fried shrimp burritos across the street. Outside looks a mess, but is just staying undercover with spacious booths in two rooms and an outdoor patio. Kick-ass plantain hotcakes with peach butter and papas tacos keep us from eating El Señor's ninos, which are delicious here. Ceviche tostada and supreme scallop burrito are worth the karmic debt.
