Editorial Review

Even if the Peking duck is one of the city's best, it's hard to actually eat it: just try to stop looking at the sweeping views through walls of glass at this Cantonese eatery in the Mandarin Oriental; chef Kenichi Takase's finesse with seafood (fried lobster with mango mayonnaise) is also in plain, grand view. Splurge on a sommelier-assisted wine pairing from mega list, return for weekend dim sum.
