After about three centuries on the upper East Side, Serendipity 3 expands to Las Vegas. The directly-on-the-Strip location is plenty overstimulating--even more so when combined with the pink-and-orange pop-art nouveau decor and sugar-rush menu. (This would seem to repulse the male audience, until they realize that this place crawls with packs of ladies sharing appetizers before a night out.) Still, they've got a walkup/takeout window for frozen hot chocolates and banana splits in 100-degree heat and that is all ye need to know.
