The Rainbow Bazaar at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is the home of this remarkably good Italian restaurant. The setting is tropical with more than a few Italian touches. The service is efficient and attentive and the setting is both romantic and warm. Chef Mark Anthony has put together a menu that offers many classic selections and creative dishes that feature fresh island fish and local produce.
