The chorizo and patatas bravas being stern favorites. Gloriously bright décor and rhythm inducing salsa tunes reflect Seville’s energetic soul. The paella is extraordinarily authentic, particularly for the Middle East. Oddly situated near the pharaohs and pyramids – remember this is Dubai – the greenery is a rare treat in the desert.
