Uptown favorite for family-style dining. Known for fresh sushi and an extensive menu, featuring the Japanese tradition of shabu-shabu cooking. Prime-cut beef is the way to go, if you're a carnivore. Quiet surroundings and a bit of an old-school vibe, but don't feel bad if you have too much fun with the DIY method. The staff is used to it.
