A classic hotel on the beach. Santa Monica's full of 'em, and this one shines for its art deco vibe, inside and out. Though, of course, the rooms are elegantly updated and luxuriously appointed. Day and night pool action, though there's more dancing after dark. But the eye candy probably stays the same 24 hours a day.
