Korean barbecue is carnivore heaven, bar none. Sure, the sides are good, but the main attraction is where it's at. Cuts of cow sliced thin for your grilling pleasure: throw in on the table top grill, add sauce and garlic, or wait to season on your plate. Wrap your cooked, marbley slice of meat heaven in lettuce or a rice wrapper, prepare for delicious overload. One thing here: the pork belly is famously bad. Stick to the moo cows.
