Attentive service - not family style exactly, each dish is colorfully plated and carefully served to you with the remainder left on the table. Prawn biryani is a fragrant mélange of color and flavor - totally magnificent, especially when paired with garlic naan. The Dum Lamb Biryani Hyderabadi is plenty smart - basmati rice simmered in lamb curry, laced with rose water, saffron and cardamom. Balance the spices with a mango margarita.
