The line forms at sunset and for the rest of the night the tables are packed with peeps devouring some of the best steaks, fish, and chicken dishes on the island. Step up to the mondo grill and cook it all just the way you like it. Multiple mai tais may result in a burned (or raw) main course, but we bet you’re too buzzed to care. No spot-hunting required. They valet for free at the front door.
