These days opening another burger joint in Los Angeles means you're either a fool or you know what you're doing. Thankfully, there's no question that Nancy Silverton (Mozza) knows what she's doing. Seasonal gourmet burgers and artisanal cocktails are officially taking over The Farmer's Market at the Grove, making this LA's hottest burger stop. The Short-Order burger is grass-fed beef with Morbier cheese, mushrooms and bib lettuce, which sounds almost as good as the Nancy's Backyard Burger with artisan bacon, avocado and spicy mayo. Cocktails are brought to you by Julian Cox (Picca), so expect the usual unusual blends of thoughtful liquors and ingredients. Custard shakes, pies and cookies will fill up any possible space you have left in your happy tummy.
