Sidecar

Editorial Review

For anyone not hailing from Park City, Sidecar is going to feel like Weirdsville USA…which it is. Try to get over the fact that the bar is located on the second floor of the city's only “mall” (scare-quotes because ‘mall’ in PC denotes 'collection of junk shops, indoors’) and totally hates on smokers, because everyone goes. And by everyone, I mean locals, making Sidecar a happy low-rent reprieve from the Faux-Ho/Snubset nonsense that characterizes so much of PC’s drinking. 750-foot outdoor deck, 3000-sq-foot club space. Decor like something built in a black box theatre: weird central tile pillar, small “folksy” stage, bad neon, cocktail tables, tin bar. Class-y all the way.
