Sidecut

Editorial Review

Sophisticated space made cozier by woven, striped and rocky textures, anchored by the glow of a mosaic fireplace and the warmth of impeccable service. From the Frisky Bison cocktail to the variety of excellent wine specials, there’s a playfulness here that extends to the steaks and the oversized tray of sauces that accompany them. Seafood and mouthwatering cuts of meat dusted with Chef Edison’s “medicine” are the ovation-worthy main event here, but divalicious desserts won’t and shouldn’t be ignored.
