There's something uncomfortable about Sigara that, like their bellydancers, you just can't place your finger on. Hookahs with flavored tobacco and small Middle Eastern plates should relax you into a lotus-eating state. Yet even after a few stiff drinks from an inexperienced server, the low tables that demand you sit Indian-style or lay awkwardly on cushions will have you tossing and turning. But not quite like the bellydancers—those chicks are fierce.
