Overlooking Hamilton Harbour in a zen like setting that would impress even jaded Sex and the City watchers, Silk is probably the best Thai restaurant in the Carribean. With a team of Thai chefs from the Shangri-la hotel in Bangkok, the dishes are understandably the real deal--we suggest the Strip Loin of Beef with Ginger or the Pad Kra Prow Pla Wahoo made with fresh Bermudian fish.
