Simone's Bar

Editorial Review

At Simone’s Bar in Chicago’s trendy Pilsen neighborhood, the central space is made up mostly of repurposed pinball machine components. The Pillar Lounge features booths of junkyardharvested seatbelts paired with columns imported from Malaysia. The back room, Simone’s Lab, is fashioned out of discarded elements from of a high school chemistry class. Expect the monthly Killer Diller Record Hop rockabilly night to be the scene of scenes.
