Le Cirque godfather Sirio Maccioni revisits the classic Italian dishes of his youth in a restaurant--he may be going with "simplicity" and old family recipes, but it's still anything but down-home. The room also geatures toward the homey, with giant photomurals of the Old County and rows of neatly canned olives and olive oil--but the valulted ceilings and cabinets of pricey wines show you the lira.
