Here you'll grab a cocktail at the bar, nod at the row of antlers in the lounge, and then head back towards the white table cloths to be treated by a kitchen led by Chef John Murcko, Salt Lake Magazine's Best Chef in Utah of 2011. The menu of healthy and hearty dishes focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients -- we suggest the Pistachio Venison with elderberries, or the Arctic Char over artichoke mash -- and the wine selection by Sean Marron ensures every dish is paired to perfection.
