This Starck-designed, Nazarian-produced hotel promises to be the first of a series of posh hotels by the duo. Look for straight-up luxury in the form of pools, fitness suites, all-access concierge, and 24-hour browsing of Moss merchandise set up throughout the restaurant, lobby, and lounges. The four-stage, opulence-included lounge/restaurant/happening is the talk of the town - in a town that talks a lot.
