White trash foodies rejoice! A whole restaurant devoted to gourmet mac 'n' cheese. Owners Sarita (as in Sarita's Mac) and Caesar Ekya make the most of this one-trick pony with options like whole wheat pasta, breadcrumb toppings, and roasted fig and shitake mushroom throw-ins. Served in mini skillets with potholders and available in three sizes—nosh, major munch, and mongo. Shit is dangerous—don't hit it if you can't quit it.
