This boutiquey 60-roomer just off Fort Pond benefits from a recent refresh of an old'20s-era inn. Pretty posh by Montauk standards. Prices remain a little lofty, but amazing what a fresh paint job, a few iHomes, and nice outdoor furniture can do. Spend the summer swinging in a hammock in the garden, dining outdoors on squashy cushions, or dancing the night away at a weekend pool party. Green grass and blue waters can do great things for the body and mind.
